Osha Honey

Osha, a plant native to the Rocky Mountains and parts of Mexico, has traditionally been used as a decongestant to help treat the flu and common cold. This root is also thought to boost immunity and soothe sore throats.

The osha root I use in my infused honey has been sustainably harvested from the mountains near Taos, New Mexico. We are very careful to not overharvest and to leave a portion of the root so it can continue to grow into the next season. 

Osha honey can be added to your favorite herbal tea, try a half-teaspoon to one teaspoon. For added benefit, also add a dropper of Osha Tincture.
