Osha Root Tincture

Osha, a plant native to the Rocky Mountains and parts of Mexico, has traditionally been used as a decongestant to help treat the flu and common cold. This root is also thought to boost immunity and soothe sore throats.

The osha root I use in my tinctures has been sustainably harvested from the mountains near Taos, New Mexico. We are very careful to not overharvest and to leave a portion of the root so it can continue to grow into the next season.

Osha tincture can be taken on its own – one dropper full under your tongue. Or it can be added to your favorite herbal tea or water.
